· Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: For most items, MOQ starts at 300 pieces. However, if you're just getting started or want to test our products, we’re happy to support smaller quantities on available stock items. Please contact us to check availability.

A: Yes. We allow mixed styles in one shipment, especially for full container orders.

A: Sample charges depend on the item and customization level, and can be refunded upon official order.

A: Standard lead time is 50–60 days. Peak seasons or custom orders may require additional time.

A: We mainly use FOB Xiamen,but can also arrange CIF.

A: Yes, our factory is BSCI certified and we comply with major global quality standards.

A: Yes. Products can meet EN71, CE, and other required standards upon request.

A: Yes. We support third-party inspections or can provide internal QC reports.

A: We conduct raw material checks, in-process inspections, and final product QC before shipment.

A: You can send us your inquiry with item details. Once confirmed, we’ll issue a proforma invoice and begin production upon deposit.

A: Yes, we offer sampling services for approval before final production.

· Q: What payment terms do you accept?

A: Our standard terms are T/T — 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. Other terms can be discussed.

· Q: Can I visit your showroom or factory?

A: Yes, we welcome visits by appointment. We also offer online showroom tours if you're abroad.
